Besides going back to school, August is full of things we think you should know about. It's Children's Eye Health and Safety Month, so check out eye safety tips. It's also National Immunization Awareness Month, so whatever your stance, take the chance to be aware of facts. Let your sales tax holiday inspire giving your savings to a charitable organization you support. August holds Middle Child Day, Friendship Day, and other nontraditional holidays. Various days in the year give people the chance to celebrate causes and people in their life; celebrate an existing one, or make up your own!
