Welcome to Sports 4 All Foundation Our Mission: to improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities by providing funding, equipment, programming and education to enable full participation in sports and recreation activities. Through our collaborative partnerships with retailers, manufacturers, reps, and individuals, we have an inventory of over 2500 donated pieces of sports gear as well as match grant funds to redistribute to non-profits serving individuals with disabilities. S4AF/Nashville Predators Equipment Drive Sports 4 All Foundation (S4AF) was chosen as one of the Nashville Predators Featured Charities. They are partnering with S4AF and sponsoring an equipment drive at the January 10, 2009 hockey game. Fans can donate new and gently used sporting equipment at the entrances before the game, and a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to S4AF. Purchase your Predators tickets using this form. Check Out What's New! Project H.E.A.L.T.H. (Helping Every American Learn To be Healthy) Sports 4 All Foundation’s Project H.E.A.L.T.H. (Helping Every American Learn To be Healthy) is a collaborative, team building effort to join trained volunteers, service providers and local supporters to benefit the health and well being of people with disabilities. Project H.E.A.L.T.H. provides group exercise classes to this underserved population. Volunteer class facilitators are college students studying Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Recreation Therapy. Sports 4 All’s Project H.E.A.L.T.H. is a complete collaboration enabling a progressive community alliance to join like causes for a greater good Sports 4 All came up with an ingenious way to raise money. They are asking for your used wine corks. They are gathering corks from local restaurants, individuals and now retailers, sorting them, and then they sell them to artists all over the country and beyond. "There is an artist in California who has a large standing order we can't fill at the moment", Sara Koppelman, Program Manager told me recently. Sports 4 All raises money and solicits sporting equipment and provides equipment and recreational opportunities for disabled persons of all ages. Annual Equipment Drive October 24th and 25th will be our annual Equipment Drive at the Nashville Ski Show and Sale. Bring your new and gently used sporting equipment to the tent located just outside of Neptune Diving and Ski! Sports 4 All is also collaborating with the Nashville section of the American Chemical Society's National Chemistry Week for S4AF's Equipment Drive. Their Mission: Improving lives through the transforming power of chemistry.
